Decide

Who is coming, the papers, and the minutes afterwards

Every meeting has its own page. Residents reply Going, Maybe or Can’t go and read the papers first. With Open Books, the published minutes sit there too.

Meetings

Meetings with their papers

Every meeting has its own page: say whether you are going, read the papers before it starts, and find the minutes once they are published.

  • Say whether you are going
  • Papers linked from the meeting
  • Minutes published on the meeting’s page

Meetings and RSVPs

Know who is coming

Every meeting has its own page with the date, time and place. Residents reply Going, Maybe or Can’t go, and everyone who can see the meeting sees the tally. Organisers who manage RSVPs also see who replied.

  • Going, Maybe or Can't go; press again to withdraw
  • A tally of replies on the meeting page
  • Add to calendar: download the meeting as an iCal file
  • Documents linked to the meeting, such as the agenda

Meeting minutes

Minutes, published once

Write the minutes from a template, save drafts that only editors see, and publish when they are right. Published minutes cannot be edited. Everyone who can view the meeting can read them.

  • Templates: AGM Minutes, Committee Meeting, Extraordinary General Meeting, Basic Notes
  • Save a draft, then publish
  • Published minutes are fixed and carry their date
  • A Read the minutes button on the meetings list once they are published
