Decide

Ask the homes it concerns, one answer each

Choose who can respond: All residents, By building, By role or Custom. Each home’s voting representative answers once, and nobody sees the answers until it closes, the committee included.

Questions in the shape you need

Add questions one at a time and give each its type: single choice, multiple choice, a rating or long text. Mark the ones residents must answer.

  • Short text, long text, single choice, multiple choice, rating, date and number
  • A hint shown under the question
  • Required questions must be answered before residents can submit
  • Move a question up or down, edit it or remove it

Audience

Ask only the homes it concerns

Choose who can respond: all residents, the buildings you pick, the roles you pick, or both. Turn on Fully anonymous and answers keep no building.

  • All residents, by building, by role, or custom
  • Tick the buildings or roles a survey reaches
  • Fully anonymous: the results show no breakdown by building
  • Optional opening and closing times

Respond

One answer per home

Each home answers once, through its voting representative. Anyone else in the home sees “Voting representative only” in place of the questions.

  • Every question on one page, with a bar counting how many are answered
  • Each question says whether it is required
  • A rating from 1 to 5
  • Only the home’s voting representative answers

Results

Read the answer together

Results count homes, not clicks: how many answered and a bar for every option, once the survey closes and five homes have answered. Read the same results building by building, and managers export every response.

  • Homes answered; for a survey to everyone, homes eligible and the response rate
  • A bar for every option, the most chosen in saffron
  • By building: a tab for each building with enough answers, with its homes
  • Export CSV
